Being W.H.O.L.E.


The value of being whole as a person is something you cannot put a price on. Knowing, embracing, and accepting who you are as a person as well as understanding that the person that you are seeing every day is becoming complete. Each day of practicing being W.H.O.L.E. leads you to growth and a maturity that is developing within oneself. When going on this journey of being W.H.O.L.E. you will discover a few concepts regarding your self-awareness, confidence level, and a taste of your freedom.


When you are able to truly embrace your freedom for your life, the process of being W.H.O.L.E. as a person starts to form and develop into the reality you desire for your life. The first steps in creating the environment of being W.H.O.L.E. is understanding what W.H.O.L.E. stands for. Per the dictionary whole means (adjective definition) all of; entire; in an unbroken or undamaged state; in one piece or (noun definition) a thing that is complete in itself and all of something.

“Being W.H.O.L.E.” stands for the following:

Being…

W: Worthy – You are entitled to respect. Respect for yourself and demand respect from each person that you interact with in your life. Disrespect will never be accepted...PERIOD.

H: Human – You have pure qualities such as kindness, compassion, and honesty. You do not intentionally hurt the individuals that are in your circle due to your unconditional love for them and others.

O: Omnipotent – You are POWERFUL. No extra captions on this word.

L: Lissome – You are the fragrance of your life as well as the individuals you interact with; you consistently move with grace within your atmosphere.

E: Empowered – You have the ability and gift to give life and authority to make things happen and move.
